Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

The Ferry Dock Marina Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the purchase of the item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange if unused, unwashed, and unaltered in the original packaging. All tags must be attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged including perishable goods, gift cards, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

For online orders, return and exchange windows will be determined by the purchase date of the items shipped to the recipient.

Refunds

Final Sale Items are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, Ferry Dock Marina will send you and email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Ferry Dock Marina will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, Ferry Dock Marina will refund your purchase to the original form of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your item(s) along with a copy of your receipt to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Ferry Dock Marina does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
